EUPOL COPPS Ministry of Interior (MoI) Adviser together with the Press Officer conducted a strategic communication training at the Ministry of Interior in Ramallah. The training was attended by 17 members of the international units’ staff from the MoI and the Security Services.
The purpose of the one-day training was to help participants understand the core components of strategic communication, strategic thinking and to how utilize communications in order to build trust between the international units and their important stakeholders such as the general public and the international partners. Training included also the use of social media in strategic way.
The session received positive feedback from the attendees. It was the first time the Mission provided training about strategic communication to the MoI.
